Students acquainted with entry an solution of electromechanics machines and groups in complexivity. With influences of enviromet to mechanism and his control in given task.

Summary

Students acquainted with entry an solution of electromechanics machines and groups in complexivity. With influences of enviromet to mechanism and his control in given task. In subject students acquainted with multidisciplinary problematics in interconection of mechanical engineering and electrotechnical engineering fields. Be acquainted with approaches of solutions in mechanics, kinematics and dynamics of machines, their groups and junctions, theis system design and realisation with consideration to their applications in measurement and control technics. Thematicaly are lessons of subject also addict for reliability, diagnostics of complex systems, ergonomics and ecology. In frames of laboratiory measurements and theoretical practices students worked out of simply semestral project included parts of technical entry, processing of technical, project and production documentation, design, development of simply mechanism along with measurement and control system at base of microcontroler STAMP, PIC or ATMEL.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

Verification of study: Two tests of continuous check and semester project Laboratory practices and measurements Development , simulation and realisation of setting semestral project také the students individual from setting thematic part. Tests. Date, hour and place of practise all tests be to students at least of two weeks adwance reported. Student, that from documentary, objective argumnets can not at regular term arrived, may be enter to alternate term as to reagular. In case of any alternation of tests terms, it will be to students imediately reported at lessons or practise. In writing will be at side palne on the gallery beside room A423 presented. Content of test nr.1 contains problematic from lessons and practices of subject in space of time between 1-5 week of semester. Content of test nr.2 contains problematic from lessons and practices of subject in space of time between 1-10 week of semester. Conditions for credit: minimal 24 points (maximal 50 points) and fill specifications of laboratory practices Credit acqiure a student, that receive per practice minimal 24 points (maximal 50 points) and fill specifications of laboratory practices and measurements, this means in rated deadlines commit content and formaly rightly elaborate separate parts of semestral project. Student acquire: 1. Semestral project 0-20points 2. Two tests in semester 0-30 points.

Subject syllabus:

Lectures: Complex and system approach to design and realisation of elctro-mechanical machines and devices. Structure of project, project preparation, time schedule of project, project - test, development and realisation interfaces. Technical documentation. Structure. Normalisation. Normalised groups and build elements. CAD design systems, relationship and interconections of mechanical and electrotechnical design modules, utilization and intercinnection with development technologies, preparation of prodiction and production. Selected relationship and limitations of technical regulations and rules in mechanics and electrotechnics. Relationship of mechanical dimensions, applied engineering and electrotechnical materials. Introduction in the engineering technology. Special technology and micro technology. Conections between applied technology and efficiency of development, preparation of production and production in relationship to implemented measurement and informations system. Pars of machines. Connections between used constructions parts and design of control system. Aspect of system design of mechanisms and partial junctions of machines. Ratio of energy. Structural, type and geometry optimalisation. Mechanics, kinematics and dynamics of parts of machines in relationship to measurements and informations system. Flexibility, resistence and stability of constructions in mechanics, electrotechnic and elekctromechanics. Measurement and diagnostic of machines. Acquainting with methods of durability assessment, reliability and safety. Relationships and principles of interconection of mechanical construction to measurement informations systém. Influences of mechanical construction and influences of elected function elements principles for sensing of electrical and non-electrical quantities to transfer and preparation of signal for next kontrol processes. Selection of microcomputer, microcontroller in control system. Posed requirements. Control concepts of actions elements. Fundamental access in programm control and control of mechanism. Ecology.
