Summary
Aim of the subject is to give the learner essential theoretical and practical knowledge from areas of electrotechnical materials.Aquired knowledge allows students right selection from electrotechnical materials during construction and projection of electrotechnical and electronical. Purporse of the study is to give the learner essential theoretical and practical knowledge from areas of electrotechnical materials. During the practical part students measure tasks from areas of insulating materials, conducting materials, magnetic materials, semiconducting materials and structures.

Osnova num. cvičení
1.Úvod do cvičení, školení bezpečnosti práce v elektro-technické laboratoři,
seznámení s úlohami.
Osnova laboratorních cvičení
1.Vodivost a dielektrická absorbce tuhých izolantů.
2.Relativní permitivita a ztrátový činitel dielektrik při nízkých kmitočtech
(můstková metoda).
3.Relativní permitivita a ztrátový činitel dielektrik při vysokých kmitočtech
(rezonanční metoda).
4.Vlastnosti feroelektrických materiálů.
5.Vodivé a odporové materiály (teplotní závislost odporu).
6.Průběžná kontrola znalostí,náhradní měření.
7.Základní vlastnosti prvků s P-N přechodem.
8.Kapacita P-N přechodu.
9.Základní charakteristiky varistoru.
10.Magnetizační charakteristiky feromagnetik.
11.Permeabilita feritů, Curieův bod.
12.Náhradní termín měření, závěrečná kontrola znalostí.
