Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The main goal of this subject is introducing to problematics of creation multimedia titles focussed on area of measurement and control. Students will be able using basic HW and SW tools for production multimedia titles. After graduate this subject students will be able create multimedia titles. Subject output is multimedia title creation. Graduate of this subject will be able process pictures, video and sound by the help of special HW and SW tools. Students will be able edit and create multimedia titles including preliminary part, which consists of acquisition of video and sound data. Students obtain knowledge of creation of multimedia titles including final distribution by DVD technology. Students will be able work and using with modern SW tools for creation interactiv study materials.

Summary

Study and practical experience in teaching and training using computer-based multimedia. Introduction to the application of industrial methodologies. Students will be familiarizing them with the range of tools used in creating computer-based multimedia. At the end of the course, you will: Understand current trends in multimedia by experiencing a variety of applications and development packages. This course is an introduction to computer-based multimedia including hypermedia, presentation media, graphics, animation, sound, video, and integrated authoring techniques, with some discussion and examination of the underlying technologies that make them possible. It is a survey course that touches especially the application control technology a measurement application field.
