Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Students are introduced into the biomedical sensors construction, utilization and calibration. The goal of the course is to measure and transfer the biological signal from the human body by different methods.

Lectures are preparing student for obtaining and analyzing signal from human body by different physical Metod of measurement. The main part is concentrated on medical sensor design, principles,utilization and calibration.

10 labolatorních úloh
Podmínky udělení zápočtu:
dosažení minimálně 20 bodů z 40 možných
V průběhu semestru absolvují studenti 10 laboratorních úloh, kterými se
ověřuje průbežné studium a praktická připravenost. Odevzdání protokolu je
podmínkou pro zahájení měření další úlohy. Bodové hodnocení laboratorní úlohy
se skládá z hodnocení přípravy na úlohu a hodnocení protokolu.

Electronics in medicine, electrical characteristics of live tissue, electrical characteristics of cells, provocativeness of tissue by electrochemical stimulation, excitement conducting in tissue
Sensors and his division, sensing, measurement chain
Properties and characteristics of sensors, statical and dynamical characteristics, systematics and random errors, probability distribution function
Pressure sensors, Sensors for non – invasive measurement, auscultatory method, oscilometrics sensor, invasive sensor measurement, extra vascular sensor of blood pressure, pressure sensor with optical fibers.
Flow sensors, basic concept, electromagnetical flow sensors, per vascular electromagnetis flowmeter, intravascula electromagnetic flow meter, thermoanenometrics flow meter sensor, differential manometer sensor, ultrasound flow meter, dosing dosing sensors
Thermal quantity sensors, Contact temperature measurement, mercury thermometer, electronical thermometer, contact less temperature measurement of human body
