Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The subject represents the extending and improvement of the artificial intelligence knowledge with special focus on analysis and development of knowledge systems using the fuzzy mathematic and fuzzy logic principles and approaches.
Students will be ready for design, development and practical appication of fuzzy oriented expert systems and fuzzy controllers.

Summary
The course is focused on improvement of knowledge of doctoral programme students in the field of fuzzy sets mathematic and fuzzy logic including its application in information and control systems. The following topics are discused: knowledge fuzzy representation in knowledge bases, aproximative reassoning based on fuzzy logic. The course subject can be prepared individually according to student´s doctoral thesis theme.
