The goal of the course Methods for Business Modeling is to show what methods and tools can be used to specify business process.

Summary

The course is devided into two parts. The first one deals with informal or semi-formal methods like IDEF, EPC and UML. The second part is dedicated to formal methods like Petri Nets and how these formal methods can be applied to specify a verify business models.

Přednášky: ÚVOD DO PROBLEMATIKY Úloha byznys modelování Základní pojmy ZÁKLADNÍ PŘÍSTUPY K BYZNYS MODELOVÁNÍ Abstraktní rámec specifikace modelu Funkční specifikace pomocí IDEF Specifkace procesu s využitím EPC Strukturální modelování pomocí obektově orientované přístupu Byznys modelování pomocí UML Specifikace meta-modelu FORMALNÍ METODY SPECIFIKACE A ANALÝZY Formální metody Petriho sítě a jejich vlastnosti Modelování procesů pomocí WF-sítí Analýza vlastností byznys procesů Formalizace a verifikace neformálně definovaných metod ZÁVĚR Softwarové nástroje pro specifikaci a analýzu byznys modelů Několik slov závěrem Počítačové laboratoře: Seznámení s pracovním prostředím systému ARIS Návrh modelu byznys procesu Implementace procesu v systému ARIS Seznámení se systémem BPStudio Návrh modelu byznys procesu pomocí Petriho sítě Implementace procesu pomocí BPM Porovnání EPC s Petriho sít
