Soft skills are getting to the center of attention of all man who want a traditional education system adaptable to the needs of the current labor market. Employers are calling for that targeted development soft skills were already in the study. This demand also responds proposed optional subject "soft skills". The development of soft skills is based on experiential learning. The curriculum based on the reality of the situation and experiences are the most important element with that is further worked. Building only on the experiences would probably not be enough.
