Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The main task is to gain basic knowledge of linear differential equations and their systems, double and triple integrals and number series.

Summary

The subject consists of three parts: linear differential equations, double and triple integrals, number series.

Compulsory literature:

H. Anton: Calculus with analytic geometry, John Wiley & Sons, New York, 1992. James Stewart: Calculus, 1986.

Recommended literature:

J. Bouchala: Sbírka příkladů z matematické analýzy 2, www.am.vsb.cz/bouchala.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

Podmínky udělení zápočtu: V průběhu semestru bude student psát dva testy, první z nich bude ohodnocen 0-8 body a druhý z nich 0-7 body. Dále student dostane k vypracování během semestru tři domácí úkoly. Celkem z nich může dostat 15 bodů. K udělení zápočtu je nutno získat alespoň 10 bodů.

Subject syllabus:

Přednášky: Lineární diferenciální rovnice 2.řádu s konstantními koeficienty. Kmity. Soustavy lineárních diferenciálních rovnic s konstantními koeficienty. Dvojný a trojný integrál. Fubiniova věta. Substituce do polárních, cylindrických a sférických souřadnic. Aplikace dvojného a trojného integrálu. Číselné řady. Cvičení: Řešení úloh na téma: lineární diferenciální rovnice 2.řádu s konstantními koeficienty; soustavy lineárních diferenciálních rovnic s konstantními koeficienty; dvojný a trojný integrál; Fubiniova věta; substituce do polárních, cylindrických a sférických souřad; číselné řady.
