Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Aim of the subject is to repeat basic properties of magnetic field and relate them with practical usage at chosen diagnostic methods. We focus our attention mainly on diagnostics of defects at steel ropes using the magnetic defectoscopy, 3D imaging with magnetic resonance tomography, observation of magnetic domains on surfaces of magnetic materials due to magneto-optical Kerr microscopy and magnetic force microscopy, etc.
