Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Aim of the subject is introduction of chosen methods for measurements of various physical parameters. We will focus our attention mainly to diffraction (X-ray diffraction), microscopic (transmission and electron microscopy, scanning probe microscopy), magneto-optical, magnetic, (vibrating sample magnetometry), and nuclear spectroscopic (Mossbauer spectroscopy) techniques.

Summary
Aim of the subject is introduction of chosen methods for measurements of various physical parameters. We will focus our attention mainly to diffraction (X-ray diffraction), microscopic (transmission and electron microscopy, scanning probe microscopy), magneto-optical, magnetic, (vibrating sample magnetometry), and nuclear spectroscopic (Mossbauer spectroscopy) techniques.

Papers in scientific journals focused on microstructural and magnetic properties of materials like Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Materials Characterization, Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials or Materials.
