Subject syllabus:

Přednášky: Taktika a technika operací za pomocí moderní vizuální techniky, operační nástroje. Přístrojové vybavení operačního sálu, polohovatelný operační stůl, operační lampa, přístroje pro řezání a koagulaci, odsávací zařízení. Mikrochirurgie, operační mikroskop, operační instrumenty. Amputace, možnosti reinplantace, mikrochirurgie. Transplantace - druhy, transplantace orgánů. Válečná chirurgie, soudobá válečná poranění, popáleniny, poškození chemickými zbraněmi, crush syndrom, blast syndrom. Základy dětské chirurgie, technické vybavení JIP a operačních sálů, operační postupy s tecnickým zabezpečením. Technické možnosti chirurgických oborů v 21. století. Laboratoře: Endoskopické nástroje, staplery, šicí materiály, sterilizace. Přístrojové vybavení pro laparoskopické operace. Přístrojové vybavení pro torakoskopické operace a operace plic. Přístrojové vybavení pro neurochirgické operace Přístrojové vybavení pro akutní úrazovou chirurgii Osteosyntetický materiál, endoprotézy, použití v chirurgii kostí a kloubů.
