Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Collect the basic principles and laws of the chosen parts of mathematics, physics, chemical physics and materials Describe, clarify and adopt the methods of vacuum generation and characterization, and fundamentals of construction of vacuum and cryogenic systems as well Illustrate obtained knowledge in solving the practice problems

Teaching methods

The subject is related to the student's knowledge of mathematics, physics, chemical physics and materials. Student will learn the methods of obtaining and evaluating vacuum, vacuum design basics and cryogenic systems, methods of maintenance and operation. The aim of the subject is to enrich the professional profile of a student who will be working as a technologist or engineer of technology in the field of nanotechnology.
