Teaching methods

Summary

The aim of the subject is to complete physical information necessary for Master programme, that are not contained in Bachelor programme. The information is completed on higher mathematical level. Some new chapters are added (hydromechanics, gravitation field, basic knowledge of special theory of relativity, quantum physics, elementary particles).

Subject syllabus:

1. Doplnění vybraných partií Bakalářské fyziky na základě užití vyšší matematiky (aplikace Newtonovy pohybové rovnice, kyvadla, síly v inerciálních a neinerciálních soustavách, skládání kmitů a vln, vlnová rovnice). 2. Gravitační pole. Gravitační a tíhové pole, charakteristiky, pohyby v tíhovém poli Země. 3. Elmg. pole. Elektrické a magnetické pole v látkovém prostředí. Elmg. vlny, Maxwellovy rovnice, elmg. záření. 4. Základní poznatky speciální teorie relativity. 5. Základy kvantové fyziky. Částicové vlastnosti vln, vlnové vlastnosti částic, kvantová mechanika. 6. Atomová fyzika. Elektronový obal atomu, kvantový model, stavba víceelektronových atomů. Jádro atomu, vazebná energie, radioaktivita, jaderné reakce. 7. Vybrané kapitoly moderní fyziky. Kvantové generátory, lasery, optické komunikační systémy, spektrometrie, základy teorie pevných látek, nanostruktury, diagnostické metody.
