Summary

The course extends the selected parts of Undergraduate physics based on the use of higher mathematics. It also includes basic knowledge of quantum mechanics (heat radiation, particles and waves, Schrödinger equation, classical and quantum model atom), the propagation of heat, electromagnetic. field (scalar and vector description, Maxwell equations, electromagnetic. waves) and the nucleus (composition, binding energy, transformation cores).

Subject syllabus:

Selected Topics in Physics (01 - technical fields) 1st CLASSICAL MECHANICS Newton's equation of motion. Solid mechanics. Calculation of gravity and inertia. deformation solids. Mechanical waves, wave equation. 2nd QUANTUM MECHANICS The laws of thermal radiation. Particle nature of the solenoid. radiation photoeffect, X-rays. Wave properties of microparticles, Schrödinger equation. Bohr's model of the atom. The quantum mechanical solution of the hydrogen atom, quantum numbers. Víceelektronové atoms. Ribbon model of solids, semiconductors. 3rd Thermodynamics Laws of thermodynamics, internal energy, entropy thermodynamic system. The spread of heat. 4th ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS Scalar and vector description of the physical fields (gravitational field and electrostatic). The basic electromagnetic laws. field. Maxwell's equations. Solenoid. waves, the basics of optical display, wave phenomena. 5th Atomic nuclei The composition of atomic nuclei, binding energy. Radioactive decay of nuclei. Conservation laws in nuclear reactions.
