Description of the basic physical phenomena, basic physical laws of general physics, applications of the physics laws in technique, solving of simple mathematical problems, especially problems suitable for the automotive industry.

Cílem předmětu je získat přehled o základních fyzikálních pojmech a zákonitostech potřebný pro úspěšné absolvování navazujících odborných předmětů v rozsahu Bc. studia.

Subject syllabus:

1. Mathematical minimum and the use of mathematics in physics The size and direction of the resultant vector, the use of scalar and vector, the physical use of the derivative and integral 2. Kinematics of solids Rectilinear uniform motion, uniformly accelerated motion of translation and rotation, even and uneven circular motion 3. Dynamics of solids Newton's law of force, mechanical work, the law of conservation of energy, motion of a body on an inclined plane, friction 4. Fluid Mechanics + 1. exam Pascal's law, Archimedes law, the law of continuity, Bernoulli's equation, friction forces 5. Thermodynamics Equation of state of an ideal gas, the plot isothermal, isobaric, isochoric and 1. law of thermodynamics 6. Gravitational field Universal law of gravitation, the intensity of the gravitational field, gravitational potential, escape velocity, free fall body and litters in the gravitational field 7. Vibrations, waves The basic equation of harmonic oscillation, progressive and standing waves, dynamics and energy vibrations and waves 8. Electric and magnetic field + 2. exam. Coulomb's law, Ohm's law, Kirchfoffov law, the magnetic field coils, Hopkins Law 9. Electromagnetic field Inductance, capacitance, impedance and admittance of RLC circuit, Thomson equation 10. Geometric Optics The law of reflection and refraction of light, imaging by mirrores and imaging by lenses, magnification, imaging by microscope and binoculars 11. Wave Optics Interference in thin layer, interference and diffraction by optical lattice, polarization, energy of light, wavelength and frequency of light 12. Mathematical minimum + 3. exam 13.
