Summary
The aim of the subject Physical Electronics is to present students the base
of physical phenomena taking place in semiconductors and properties of
contacts S-S, M-S, M-I-S. Transport phenomena, behaviour of semiconductors in
various kinds of fields and interface and volume processes are also described
and interpreted.
