Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Student characterises rock materials from the physical point of view. He describes their physical properties and predicts material behaviour in various physical conditions. Student applies his knowledge for solution of model situations, analyses theoretical and experimental results and on that base he modifies practical applications or evaluates them.
