Summary

Physical quantities important in terms of fire protection and industrial safety, their relationship and use in safety engineering. Energy, its forms of transformation, the effects of physical impacts on material and humans. Mechanics in terms of safety engineering. Physical properties of matter, states of matter and their transformations. Electricity, radiation, heat and danger associated with them. Interaction of matter and radiation.
