Subjects taught are subject to the direction Defektoskopie. The aim of the course is to familiarize students with basic knowledge in SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance). The theoretical findings are practically trained on simple measurements.

Subject syllabus:

Courses are subject to the direction of destructive testing. The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the basic knowledge of the issues SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance). The theoretical findings are practically trained on simple measurements. Course Content 1. Physical introduction to the SPR. 2. Introduction to biological detection of biological substances. 3. Theoretical analysis of SPR measuring techniques. 4. Biological reactions, the substance with the antibody. 5. Perform simple experiments. 6. Experiments aimed at detecting substances and their concentrations.
