Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Curriculum is structured into thematic areas in order to familiarize students the issue and circulation of water in the landscape, as well as the interaction of water with other components of landscape processes and systems. Output knowledge, skills and competence: After completing the course the student should demonstrate knowledge of basic concepts, understanding of basic processes and phenomena, their mechanisms, including the role of individual components of landscape structure in the issue and circulation of water in the landscape. At the same time on a holistic view of processes and phenomena taking place in the landscape sector in their mutual links and connections. Understanding the interaction of components and systems landscape sector in the application domain provides a reasonable estimate of their condition, risks and possible further developments.
