Summary

The subject gives the main information about processes, which are going in the Earth an affect our way to their understanding and utilization for man needs. The subject explain main opinions on the origin and development of the universe, the solar system and the Earth, on the Earth body structure and the composition, on the Earth physical fields. Shortly acquaint students with standard type rocks and their genesis. Describe primary and secondary structures. Deal with description hydrosphere and atmosphere. The subject characterizes the man position respect to extraordinary natural phenomena and catastrophes, informs of main methods of graphic description the Earth's surface and subsurface.
