Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The main goal of seminar is to give to students total available information necessary to the bachelor thesis processing and its defense. The students gain basic knowledge about the procedures leading to the final aim – bachelor thesis processing and its defense. They learn how to progress during its elaboration, learn to find, order and relate the information gained during theoretical study and in terrain too, to classify, evaluate and apply this one most important for the solution of engaged tasks, to develop gained knowledge and apply one´s own solutions and processes. They learn also to organize their work in order to be able to keep the appointed terms of processing and bachelor thesis consignment. They have to be able to find optimum solution of the engaged task processing, to analyse gained knowledge and sketch possible ways leading to the forming its final shape. The goal of the seminar is also to teach students work by use of literature and know how to proceed during the bachelor thesis defense. The student are led by the chief of seminar to stringent ordinance – abbidingness for the bachelor thesis processing, especially „Instructions for the bachelor thesis elaboration“.

Summary

The subject Seminar – Bachelor Thesis finds the students in every information about processing methods of the bachelor thesis so that the final form conforms both expertly and formally to the contemporary standard. The important part of the seminar is also preparing for the state final examination and bachelor thesis defense by use of the public presentation of partial parts of the bachelor thesis in front of auditorium – a group of students and pedagogue – chief of the seminar.
