Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the subject is that the students are able to define the significance of visited places for the selected region from the point of view of tourism. Students can be from the point of view of the tourism industry to choose locations that have the greatest tourism potential. Completing the excursion, students will gain basic experience about organizing, presentation and they will learn what mistakes they have to avoid and what mistakes the organization provides for excursions.

Summary

Students go to on the three-day excursions with the practical use of theoretical knowledge gained in lectures and exercises. After completing this exercise students will gain the ability to organize events of a similar nature. Gained experience can be use in their further professional activities.
