Summary

The geological and environmental data processing is focused, regarding to their quality and quantity differs in respects to common data. The data are analysed and categorised in aspect of their further presentation by geographical information systems. The mathematical and statistical tools for data preprocessing are emphasised. The space and other long-distnace exploration data are described as well, together with logical operations and comparative databases. Frequently used data formats are generated as geostatistical software output and used as GIS input.
