Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

According to the focus of the doctoral study of student and his work, the content of this course will be the use of geophysical methods for solving a range of problems for the purpose of geophysical survey and research The student will be able to plan complexes of geophysical methods for solving the basic tasks of engineering geological, hydrogeological and reservoir research. Student gain knowledge of how to processing data and their interpretation

Contens of this subject is modified with student doctoral work. It applies to specific problems solved by geophysical methods,including the methodology of measurements, the processing and the complex interpretation of geophysical data (geological-geophysical, geotechnic-geopfysical..).

1th Geophysical exploration for engineering geological purposes 2th Methodology , technology and work organization in solving the engineering challenges - Drawing up the engineering map, Exploration routes of linear structures - Investigating the stability of slopes, Survey of foundation soil surface for surface installation - Research for hydraulic engineering and underground construction - Exploration of the environment in relation to environmental protection 3rd The issue of Geophysical Research for hydrogeological purposes 4th Methodology, technology and work organization in solving the engineering challenges - Regional and detailed hydrogeological survey - Specific hydrogeological survey - thermal and mineral water, groundwater pollution, the dynamics of water in the borehole, protection of the environment 5th The issue of Geophysical Research in geology 6th Methodology , technology and organization of work in oil exploration and hydrocarbon 7th The issue of geophysical exploration of oil and hydrocarbons , 8th Methodology, technology and organization of work in the exploration of ores and industrial minerals . 9th Special geophysical methods - Surface geothermal measurements, Radar method, Penetration logging - Geoakustická method, Seismic and mikroseismologická method
