Pozornost je zaměřena na specificky biogeochemické procesy a faktory biogeochemické migrace, souvislosti biogeochemie a environmentální geochemie, geochemie paliv, význam biogeochemických dat pro environmentální rizika a lidské zdraví, biogeochemické procesy v půdách a aplikace v zemědělství.
