Biosphere. Biophile chemical elements. Chemical composition of organisms. Concentrations of chemical elements in biosphere. Biogeochemical dispersion haloes. Biogeochemical anomalies. Role of outer factors of geochemical migration in biosphere. Biogeochemical barriers. Organic geochemistry and its methods. Natural organic compounds in soils. Dispersed organic matter in sediments. Biogenic rocks and mineral deposits. Geochemistry of coal, mineral oil and natural gas. Measuring and balance of biogeochemical migration. Material flows and compartments. Biogeochemical cycles of main elements. Biogeochemical migration of minor and trace elements. Trace elements important for plant, animal and human health. Relationships in the system rock – soil – plant. Biogeochemical processes in soils. Sampling, processing and analysis of biogeochemical samples. Indication geobotany. Biogeochemical prospection. Application of biogeochemistry in agriculture and forestry. Biogeochemistry and protection of ecosystems. Biogeochemistry and environmental risk assessment.
