The aim of the subject is to inform students with the knowledge of engineering geology which to enable them to understand the substantive content of the subject to be able to apply it in practical activities of study discipline.

The aim of the subject is evaluation of engineering geological conditions in relation to geology, geomorphology, hydrogeological and hydrological conditions and the effects of anthropogenic activities, especially in areas affected by mining and industrial activities.
