Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

appraise of interpretation of hydrochemical values, the interconnection and identification of dependence between hydrochemical parameters. Increasing of knowledges on behaviour of inorganic and organic pollutants.

Teaching methods

Individual consultations

Physical properties of water and water solutions, chemical equilibria in waters, prototypic and precipitation equlibria, composition of waters. Inorganic substances in waters, metals, halogenides. Organic compounds in waters. Classification of water groups: natural, drinking, technical, waste, sewage.
