Summary

The goal of the subject is to make students acquainted with the philosophy of formation of engineering monuments mainly in the mountain fields. The subject gives information about bases of mining activities in point of view of its history, gives information about actual monuments which are touristed in the Czech Republic and partly in the World.

1. introduction to problems of conservation and maintenance of technical monuments 2. Establishment of technical monuments 3. explanation with concrete localities (technical monuments) during 4 day field trip.
