Summary

Výukový předmět je zaměřen na historické kořeny a současný stav bezpečnosti v oboru geovědního a montánního turizmu. V úvodu se předmět opírá o příklady nejzávažnějších světových a národních důlních havárií a poznatků výzkumu v oblasti bezpečnosti hornictví. Předmětné podklady směřují k historickým principům formování bezpečnostních požadavků a tvorbu bezpečnostních předpisů. Následně předmět cíleně přechází do problematiky současných potenciálních rizik vyskytujících se na přírodních a technických památkách s důrazem na jejich minimalizaci. Cíleně se věnuje osobní ochraně účastníků geovědního a montánního turizmu. Závěr předmětu je věnován záchranným službám ČR, včetně horské záchranné služby a báňské záchranné služby (doplněno exkurzí báňské záchranné stanice).

Subject syllabus:

1. Historical roots of the safety in the montane sciences field, G. Agricola. 2. The overview of natural and technical risks in geoscience montane sciences. 3. Examples of the most serious accidents in the world and national mining. 4. Historical development of world knowledge in the field of mining safety. 5. Principles of safety regulations in the fields of montane sciences. 6. Overview of current security risks of natural cultural heritage. 7. Risks of toxic gases and nonbreathable air in relevant contexts. 8. The risk of combustible gases in relevant contexts. 10. Principles of safe movement in the areas of technical monuments. 11. OSH 12. Crisis situations, emergency exits, first aid, cooperation with rescuers 13. Rescue Service - IZS, Alpine Rescue Service, Mines Rescue
