Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The goal of the subject is to teach students the correct and safe guidelines for the transport of explosives on public roads, transport explosives in areas of organizations producing explosives principles of safe and secure operations and conditions for the storage of explosives, according to the valid legislation of the Czech Republic.

1. The handling, transfer, transit, import and export of explosives 2. Legal issues for the production of explosives 3. Basic characteristics of explosives, igniters and blasting aids 4. Decree No. 64/1987 Coll. on the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) 5. Transport order and regulations for the transport and transfer of explosives 6. Storage and storage of explosives on the surface 7. Warehouses at manufacturers and customers 8. Storage and storage of explosives under the surface 9. Explosives, warehouse equipment and storage of explosives 10. Handling of explosives in warehouses and blasting works 11. Explosive hazard classes 12. Determination of the safe distance of the explosives stores 13. Determining the distance of the subpack space for storing explosives to objects 14. Work safety in the production, transport, transport, transport and storage of explosives
