Summary

The goal of the subject is to make students acquainted with the base of deep coal mining, mining of minerals and construction raw materials in the Czech Republic and the world as regards the surface mining. Attention is paid to the methods of the mining technology, crushing and drilling of rocks, transport technology, rock filling, reclamation, landscape environment and accompanying processes.

Subject syllabus:

Osnova předmětu: 1. Seznámení se s historií českého a světového hornictví. 2. Základní pojmy hlubinného a lomového dobývání. 3. Základní pojmy hornické geomechaniky. 4. Zhodnocení podmínek pro hlubinné dobývání ložisek 5. Otvírka a ražení důlních děl. 6. Technologické procesy při hlubinném dobývání ložisek. 7. Zhodnocení podmínek pro lomové dobývání ložisek. 8. Technologické procesy a systematika lomového dobývání ložisek. 9. Povrchové dobývání uhelných, soudržných a nesoudržných ložisek pro stavební výrobu. 10. Zahlazení hornické činnosti po hlubinném a lomovém dobývání.
