Summary

The goal of the subject is to extend a knowledge in the field of deep mining of mineral raw materials for building. The subject is focused to the suitable mining technologies used for deep mining of building mineral raw materials include convenient technology equipment and facilities. Further the deep block mining method will be specified which is untypical in the Czech Republic.

Subject syllabus:

Syllabus of lectures: 1. Definition of non-ore and building materials and their characteristics. 2. Distribution of non-ore and building materials in relation to mining. 3. Mining area, capacity, durability and surface mine objects. 4. Methods of opening of the bearing surface of opening story. 5. The division into sections bearing and mining blocks. 6. Preparation of bearings to mining, management of mine works. 7. Elementary school as a factor limiting the surface decreases. 8. Overview of mechanization, suitable for underground mining of non-metalliferous quarrying and construction 9. The basic technological operations in the mining industry. 10. Mining methods vyrubaným with free space and in landfills. 11. Mining methods and the establishment of vyztužováním vyrubaného space. 12. Mining methods zavalováním accompanying rocks vyrubaného into space. 13. Disposal and left pillars vyrubaných space below. 14. The block in underground mining, its principles and peculiarities.
