The goal of the subject is mastered problems technology and calculation at tracked, belt, wheel and shipping et al. special kinds transport raw material, at surface mining deposit.

Summary

The subject introduced students with the process of raw materials transport related with a surface mining as transport in coal opencasts and ore and construction materials quarries. The technologies of a belt conveyer, vehicle, rail track and rope transport is introduced include calculations of their capacity.

Subject syllabus:

Syllabus of lectures: 1st Transport systems for mineral deposits of construction materials. 2nd Influence of physico-mechanical properties of extracted raw materials for its technological services. 3rd Natural and mining-technical conditions affecting technology transport quarry operations. 4th Tracked transport and its layout, diagrams, classification, application. 5th Rolling right on quarries, types, schemas, application to the quarries. 6th Automobile traffic, operating conditions, diagrams, application to the quarries. 7th Other types of wheeled transport - Tractor, scrapers, wheel loaders etc. 8th Special modes and their use. 9th Transport overhead lifts, rolling, Skip and podstavníky, use diagrams. 10th Shipping, types, use, elevation, unloading. 11th Transport floating conveyor, diagrams, use. 12th Hydraulic and pneumatic transport, transport by gravity chutes, troughs. 13th The combination and comparison of different types of transport systems. 14th Ecological and economic aspects of technology use transport quarries.
