The goal of the subject is to create the ability of students to understand and interpret learned information in the field of mining law and safety regulations.

Summary

Students are introducing with the obligatory regulations in the field of mining. The purpose of the subject is to outline to students the legal principles of mining low - whether they will be mining engineers, geologists, minerals surveyors or other specialists in general practice. It is based on the three actual low in the Czech mining industry - Mining Act nr. 44/88, Exploitation and Mining Act nr. 61/88, Geological Act nr. 62/88. Besides of it the subject contents the summary of other mining legislation and its application.

Subject syllabus:

- The Mining Act, its historical roots, the principle of European Mining Law - Protection of mineral resources and safety standards in the legal supreme law - Regulations on the upper right of the main circuits. - Mining activities and mining activities carried out - The Mining Act, the main circuits, additions - The Mining Act - mineral resources, minerals, deposits, obligations organizations in the use of reserved deposit, notification - Rational use of reserve deposits, permitting and reporting mining - Schedule of opening preparation and extraction - Payments and cash reserves associated with mining activities and the use of these funds - Professional qualification in mining, the certification of professional eligibility, authorizations and permits in mining - The legislative process of approval of mining activities - A safety regulations in mining - Relevant safety regulations according to the focus of the study area - Examples of legislative requirements in mining in the EU, U.S.
