The goal of the subject is to create the ability of students to analyse and to judge of aplication of information in the field of mining legislation and safety regulations

Summary

The purpose of this subject is to outline to students the legal principles of mining low - whether they will be mining eng., geologists, minerals surveyors or other specialists in general practice. It is based on the three actual low in the Czech mining industry - Mining Act nr. 44/88, Exploitation and Mining Act nr. 61/88, Geological Act nr. 62/88. Beside of it the subject contents the summary of other mining leg. and its appl..

·Integrace státu do hornictví - Státní báňská správa, Ministerstvo průmyslu a obchodu, Ministerstvo ŽP ·Předpisy v oblasti horního práva, hlavní okruhy. ·Ochrana nerostných zdrojů a bezpečnosti práce v právních normách nejvyšší právní síly ·Hornická činnost a činnost prováděná hornickým způsobem ·Horní zákon, hlavní okruhy, dodatky ·Horní zákon - nerostné bohatství, nerosty, ložiska, povinnosti organizace při využívání výhradního ložiska, oznamovací povinnost ·Hospodárné využívání výhradních ložisek, povolování a ohlašování hornické činnosti ·Plán otvírky a přípravy dobývání ·Úhrady a finanční rezervy související s hornickou činnosti a využití těchto prostředků. ·Odborná způsobilost v oblasti hornictví, udělování osvědčení o odborné způsobilosti,oprávnění a povolení v oblasti hornictví ·Legislativní postup při schvalování činnosti v oblasti hornictví ·Přehled bezpečnostních předpisů v hornictví ·Příslušný bezpečnostní předpis podle zaměření studijního oboru ·Příklady legislativních požadavků v oblasti hornictví v EU, USA
