This course acquaints students with the basic requirements of European Union directives and their implementing regulations in the Czech Republic, especially following the requirement of Act No. 309/2006 Coll., where the employer is obliged to provide and perform tasks in the evaluation and prevention of risks to life or health. Risk management involves identifying and evaluating risks and classification them. The next step in risk management is to eliminate them through technical and organizational requirements for the work environment, work organization and workflows. Preventing these risks also includes addressing occupational accidents, workplace hazards, personal protective equipment, safety signals and signs.
