Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Students are acquainted with technological procedures for processing the various types of minerals. It is able to assess and propose simple technological schemes of extracted mineral resources.Special attention is paid to the BAT technologies in the field of raw materials.

The course introduces students to the technology of processing of extracted minerals - coal, ores, ceramics and building materials.

Types of electrostatic separators and their applications 10. Flotation, theoretical fundamentals and applications 11. Flotation, flotation reagents and their action 12.
