Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The goal is the achievement of general knowledge relating to risk management - identification, quantification and evaluation including reduction of losses. There is also summarized occupational health and safety legislation in the EU and CR.

Definition of basic terms – hazard and risk. European directives and regulations in health and safety. Risk management in health and safety – managerial strategies, systems of communication. Risk assessment and elimination. Methods of risk analysis. Quantitative risk analysis, risk models. Health and safety monitoring. Accidents, injuries, and fatal disaster prevention. Human factors in health and safety. Loss reduction management. The economy of health and safety protection.

1.Úvod do předmětu, definice základních pojmů, riziko a nebezpečí,
rozdělení a kategorizace rizik
2.Právní úprava BOZP v zemích EU a v ČR
3.Základní právní normy upravující BOZP (zákoník práce, bezpečnostní
předpisy, normy)
4.Management rizik v oblasti BOZP, právní úprava rizikového managementu
5.Manažerské přístupy a strategie, komunikační systémy
6.Hodnocení rizik – principy, typizovaná hodnocení rizik, aktualizace
hodnocení rizik, ovládnutí rizika
7.Kvantifikace míry rizika a preventivní opatření
8.Sofistikované metody analýzy rizik – stromy chyb, binární rozhodovací
diagramy, HAZOP, HAZAN, MOSAR
9.Modelování rizika, pravděpodobnostní modely, metoda Monte Carlo,
Markovovy diagramy, Petriho sítě
10.Monitorovací techniky bezpečnosti práce, statistické údaje o
nežádoucích událostech
11.Vyšetřování příčin úrazů a nehod, havarijní opatření
