The aim of the course is for students to be able to use knowledge of legislation and knowledge of hydrogeological laws in solving tasks in drainage of mines and quarries.

Summary
The goal of the subject is to make students acquainted with the basic information about geological hydrodynamics structures of rock mass and their classification, circulation of water in a rock mass, determination of a basic hydraulic properties of rock mass and soils. The subject is focused to the water drainage of deep mines, surface mining, quarries, tunnels, the active and passive measures of water protection, protection of geology water layers.

3rd Hydraulic properties of underground fluids.
4th Physical, sensory and chemical properties of groundwater.

7th Darcy's law and the foundations of filtration of groundwater flow. Geohydrodynamic systems with free surface and tense. Constant flow. Hydrodynamic tests. Groundwater regime.

Hydrogeology of raw materials and tasks in their extraction.
