Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The goal of the subject is to familiarize students with technology disintegration, handling, transport and processing of raw materials to fracture operations. The course includes rules for safety and traffic safety legislation and the area.

Summary

The subject deals with mining technology, transport and the establishment of a cyclically continuously operating machine, giant machines and equipment for coal mines. Analysis technology with bucket-wheel excavators and bucket, and their manipulation of the section and in the block. Technological units and their assembly in normal and difficult mining-technological conditions.

Subject syllabus:

Course Syllabus: 1st Taxonomy division coal open pit. 2nd Technology cyclically working machine - excavator shovel and excavator with towing buckets - non transport application in the system. 3rd Transverse movement of the overlying rocks - non transport system. 4th Longitudinal movement of the overlying rocks with long-distance belt conveyors, rail and wheeled transport - technology units (TU). 5th Technology grinding earth excavators classic wheel in the cut and block, handling, prostojovost, more cut mining technology. 6th Grinding technology and compact wheel excavator. excavators, handling times, advantages and disadvantages against classical. 7th Technology grinding soil bucket excavators with various kinds chassis, handling the cut, reports the TU. 8th Dump - division, mechanization, terms of stockpiling, stability stockpiling, emergency conditions and prevention. 9th fill machine dumps, rail and band selector, the technology creation. 10th Supporting and auxiliary machinery in the process of disintegration, waste, transport and filling.
