Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The student is able to perform basic technological calculations in the field of mineral processing technology and is well informed in basic methods for balancing and designing of mineral processing plants.

Summary

Students are acquainted with the evaluation of the properties of mineral resources and evaluation of mineral processing technologies in terms of their efficiency. The course also deals with the application of basic probabilistic a statistical methods in the field of mineral processing and basic methods of balancing technology schemes.
