The goal of the subject is to create the ability of students to understand and interpret learned information in the field of mining law and safety regulations.

Summary
Students are introducing with the obligatory regulations in the field of mining. The purpose of the subject is to outline to students the legal principles of mining low - whether they will be mining engineers, geologists,
minerals surveyors or other specialists in general practice. It is based on the three actual low in the Czech mining industry - Mining Act nr. 44/88, Exploitation and Mining Act nr. 61/88, Geological Act nr. 62/88. Besides of it the subject contents the summary of other mining legislation and its application.
