The aim of the course is to acquire basic skills in the preparation of technical drawings in a CAD application, located in various technical fields.

Summary

The main task of technical drawing is to provide students with practical skills in drawing documentation in various fields of human activity. These are mainly 2D drawing, 3D modeling and visualization in a graphics program called CAD system.

Exercise: MicroStation 1. Graphical user interface, drawing setup, working units, coordinate systems. 2. Introduction to drawing in 2D, linear elements, compound elements. 3. Editing element, change element attributes. 4. Handling elements. 5. Dimensions, shading, fill areas, labels. 6. Working in layers. 7. Compound elements, measuring distances, angles, area and volume of solids. 8. Creation of cells. 9. AccuDraw. 10. Reference drawings and rasters. 11. Fundamentals of Drawing in 3D, visualization. 12.
