Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The exercises are conducted through the acquisition of targeted skills, such as support for the development of specific solutions and semester projects. In the exercises students work with software, focusing on applications in geodesy.

Summary

MacroGeo – affords resources for preparation and upkeeping of information system datas about area, creation of big scale maps, technical digital maps and the like. The system is upkeeping databases of bench marks and minor points for a next operation.In measurement processing from a digital measuring device book or from data file and following inseting to MacroGeo system it is possible to use data coding. Dulmap affords resources for quarry modelling with possibility of mine map creation according to responsible technical legislation.

Exercise: MacroGEO 1. The choice of location. 2. Functions for working with files and a list of coordinates. 3. Definitions of categories and groups .. 4. Drawing, choice groups, libraries spot symbols. 5. Map sheets. 6. Creating special maps. 7. Construction. 8. Print.. DULMAP 9. Logic processing. Brief overview of features for creating digital maps. DMT 10. Preparing input data 11. The generation of triangular grid. 12. Calculation of the contour, drawing contour maps. 13. Working with bitmaps. 14. Processing of terrain profiles. 15. Print the resulting drawings and data into information system.
