Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim of the subject Land Cadastre is to acquaint students with the subject and content of the Land Register of the Czech Republic, binding regulations in the field of land register. Part of the course syllabus are also practical areas, especially activities related to the preparation of survey sketchs, changes of content of cadastral documentation, Setting - Out of Boundary of a Parcels and their projection into geodetic practice.

Summary
Cadastre of Real Estate of the Czech Republic is a set of data on real estate in the Czech Republic including their inventory and description and their geometric and positional determination. It includes evidence of ownership and other rights in rem and other statutory rights to these properties. The Land Registry contains a number of important data on land and selected buildings and their owners. Students will acquire theoretical knowledge within the subject Cadastre of Real Estate and they will be acquainted with the problems of survey sketchs including their execution.

Subject syllabus:
1. Basic terms of the Land Register, binding regulations in the field of Land Register.
2. Subject and content of the Land Register.
3. Organization and management of surveying and cadastral authorities.
4. Cadastre and its contents.
5. Set of geodetic information - cadastral map (forms, content of cadastral map).
6. Set of descriptive information.
7. Methods of registration of property and other rights in rem to real estate.
8. Restoration of cadastral documentation.
9. Surveying activities for cadastre purposes, geometric basis of detailed measurement, connection to identical points.
10. Changes of content of cadastral documentation.
11. Survey sketch.
12. Setting - Out of Boundary of a Parcels.
13. Provision of data from the Land Register.
14. Calculation of acreage in land register, bonitated soil ecological unit in land register.
