Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim of the subject Land Cadastre is to acquaint students with the subject and content of the Land Register of the Czech Republic, binding regulations in the field of land register. Part of the course syllabus are also practical areas, especially activities related to the preparation of survey sketchs, changes of content of cadastral documentation, Setting - Out of Boundary of a Parcels and their projection into geodetic practice.

Summary
Cadastre of Real Estate of the Czech Republic is a set of data on real estate in the Czech Republic including their inventory and description and their geometric and positional determination. It includes evidence of ownership and other rights in rem and other statutory rights to these properties. The Land Registry contains a number of important data on land and selected buildings and their owners. Students will acquire theoretical knowledge within the subject Cadastre of Real Estate and they will be acquainted with the problems of survey sketchs including their execution.
