- to identify and define services used in tourism - to apply the legislation to the field of tourism - to know the principles of advertising and promotion when preparing the tourist action - to apply the principles of accounting in tourism and evaluation of economic results - to apply and interpret the acquired knowledge to the term essay

Summary

The subject gives an informations about services traits and particularities in a tourism domain, about different kinds of basic and additional services in tourism, as services of travel agencys, services of road haulage, railway transport, air carrying and shipping, and services of accomodate, alimentation, insuring, bath too, and customs foreign and visa duty with tourism realisation.

The specific characteristics of services in tourism Travel agency services, supply and sales activities, organizational structure, price calculation, European rules Transport services, transport by rail, road,aviation, marine, liability for damages Accommodation services, Catering services Spa services Customs and passport services, travel documents, customs law and control, selected customs regulations. Insurance services in tourism, the types of insurance, assistance services, solutions of extraordinary events.
