Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Students will be acquainted with the current technical means of collecting image data and methods of their interpretation for monitoring the landscape and their components and for the creation of thematic cartographic works of various purposes. They demonstrate an understanding of the physical nature of the contactless method of determining the qualitative and quantitative properties of the Earth's surface.
